Rules of the House

Advance deposit for reservation of rooms for 2 nights or longer

One night stay: pay in full to reserve.

• MasterCard and Visa accepted
• Full refund, less $25 , with 14 days notice of cancellation

• Check in 3pm. Check out 11:30 am.

• No smoking inside, boarding for pets available nearby.

• Children over 14 only, rooms double occupancy only.



In Season (May 1- October 31) rates:
• $190- $220 per night, double occupancy.
• Weekends 2 night stay minimum, Holidays 3 night stay minimum, reserved in advance.


Off season (November 1- April 30) rates:
• $140-$170 per night, double occupancy.

• No minimum stays except holidays

Rooms will be held until 7:00 pm unless arrangements are made

Breakfast is served from 9 to 11 am, coffee is set out at 8:30. We will do our best to accommodate special needs, please let us know in advance. The house is cooled by central air, each room has it’s own private bathroom and TV/VCR or DVD. Public areas include lobby, kitchen, living room, formal dining room and music area. Exterior public areas include porch, deck, brick patio, slate patio, garden and lawn areas.
Brick Patio with gas grille is available to guests, but must be reserved in advance.
