This seminar is held outdoors and includes a brief syllabus as well as hands-on instruction.
It begins at 4:00 one hour after check-in on Friday.

- Vinegars
- Salts
- Crystallization
- Freezing
Herbal blends
- Potpourris
- Bouquet Garni

- Guests will leave with a fresh bouquet of seasonal herbs.
