After guests have had thier fill of visiting the wineries, we thought they might like some information on what's going on in the area. Last Summer's Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social

One event that we are featuring here is our Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social.
On a very hot July Sunday afternoon last summer, Andrew’ s Legacy Bed and Breakfast hosted an Old Fashioned Ice Cream social to benefit Maureen’s Haven, a Suffolk County homeless outreach program. The ice cream social feature homemade sorbets made from local and tropical fruits, as well as ice cream and homemade cookies and tarts. There were tours of the gardens and the B&B. Guests dressed in their best summer whites.  A good time was had by all, despite the oppressive heat and humidity.
